WATER BAPTISM OF HOUSE OF HOPE BROTHERS
As Brothers in Christ, we are overjoyed to celebrate the recent baptisms of several residents from House of Hope, marking a significant milestone in their spiritual journey. The residents, each with their unique stories, broke free from their bondages, seeking a fresh start, and through the grace of God, they have found strength, peace, and hope in their faith.
The baptism ceremony was a powerful moment of renewal and commitment, symbolizing a new chapter for each individual. Surrounded by friends, family, and fellow church members, these residents publicly declared their faith, accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Their decision to be baptized not only signifies their personal growth but also reflects the transformative work being done at House of Hope—a place where individuals can heal, restore, and embrace the love of God.

ADDITIONAL POULTRY FOR OUR IGP
We are thrilled to share that one of our dedicated staff members has generously donated additional chickens to support our ongoing efforts. This contribution will help enhance our poultry program, providing more fresh eggs and sustainable resources for our community. We are indeed grateful for this act of kindness and generosity, which will have a lasting impact. Every donation, big or small, plays a crucial role in strengthening our ministry, and this gift is a testament to the commitment and generosity of our team.
Also, one of our faithful Board of Directors has generously donated additional ducks to our organization. His kindness and commitment to our mission will enhance our efforts and bring even more joy to our community. These new additions will help us start up on a duck egg poultry business (Balut). We are incredibly grateful for this contribution and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have.

FIRE DRILL EVENT
On January 23rd, the ministry successfully conducted a fire drill in collaboration with the local fire department to ensure compliance with building safety regulations and enhance emergency preparedness. The drill was overseen by our director along with a team of professional firefighters who guided and evaluated the process.
The event began with a briefing led by the fire department, where employees and residents were instructed on proper evacuation procedures, fire safety measures, and the importance of quick and orderly responses during emergencies. At the designated time, the fire alarm was triggered, prompting all participants to evacuate the building and proceed to the assigned assembly points.
The firefighters closely monitored the evacuation, assessing response times and adherence to safety protocols. Once everyone was safely gathered at the assembly area, they provided feedback and suggestions for improvement. They emphasized the significance of such drills in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all personnel are well-prepared in case of a real emergency.
MACTAN CHRISTIAN CENTRE ANNIVERSARY
House of Hope was honored to be part of this momentous occasion, joining in the worship and celebration. The warmth and hospitality of Mactan Christian Centre Inc. made the experience even more meaningful, strengthening the bond between ministries in their shared mission of faith and service.
As the congregation reflected on 27 years of God’s blessings, the worship became a declaration of gratitude and a commitment to continue the work He has entrusted to His people.
